Lonrú Consulting was founded by Dr. Caoimhe Nic An tSaoir, a strategist operating at the intersection of molecular science, business administration, and digital product development.
With a PhD in Molecular Oncology and an MBA, Caoimhe spent over 15 years driving innovation in the high-stakes world of Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT). She navigated the complex intersections of multinational clinical programs, government agencies, and venture-backed biotechs.
Through this experience, she recognized a universal challenge facing leaders in all complex sectors: strategies often fail because the mechanisms and tools required to execute them simply don't exist.
Today, Caoimhe leads Lonrú Consulting as a hybrid firm - serving as a strategic advisor to regulated industries while simultaneously operating as a venture studio. She applies the 'Scientific Method' to business: forming data-driven hypotheses, rigorous testing, and building the functional software and dashboards necessary to turn strategy into reality.
